Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply when you use AI Deploy by Belong, including the public wizard, Command Center, deployment flow, and related support features.

By using AI Deploy or continuing from the review step, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not launch a deployment or use the service.

AI Deploy helps you configure and launch software into cloud accounts, AI accounts, messaging apps, and private network services that you control.

When you start a deployment, AI Deploy uses the account access and setup details you provide to create, configure, update, or connect the resources required for that deployment.

You must be authorized to use every cloud, AI, messaging, payment, and private network account you connect to AI Deploy.

You are responsible for the activity, resources, usage, traffic, storage, messages, data handling, security settings, and charges that result from using those connected accounts.

Cloud providers, AI providers, messaging providers, private network providers, and payment processors may charge you directly under their own terms.

Cost estimates in AI Deploy are informational only. Actual costs can change based on provider pricing, usage, region, storage, data transfer, model usage, subscriptions, taxes, credits, and configuration choices.

You authorize AI Deploy to use the credentials, tokens, account access, API keys, bot tokens, and other setup details you provide to perform the deployment and operate connected features.

You should review provider permissions before connecting an account and revoke or rotate credentials when you no longer want AI Deploy or your deployed agent to use them.

You are responsible for keeping active billing, valid payment methods, required subscriptions, provider credits, quotas, and account permissions in place.

You are also responsible for reviewing the configuration you submit, maintaining backups, monitoring your deployed resources, complying with law, and making sure your agent's use of AI and messaging services is appropriate.

You may not use AI Deploy or any deployed agent to break the law, violate another person's rights, bypass provider rules, send spam, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or create unsafe, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.

We may limit, suspend, or end access if we believe the service is being misused or if continued access could harm users, providers, Belong, AI Deploy, or the public.

AI Deploy connects to third-party services that are not controlled by us. Those services have their own terms, privacy policies, limits, outages, security rules, and billing practices.

We are not responsible for third-party services, provider decisions, provider outages, provider pricing changes, account suspensions, model behavior, message delivery, or external content.

AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, unsafe, or unexpected output. You are responsible for reviewing important output and setting appropriate approval rules before an agent takes action.

AI Deploy does not guarantee that any model, agent, automation, task, integration, or deployment will meet your needs or operate without errors.

Belong and its licensors own AI Deploy, including the site, software, design, documentation, brand assets, and related intellectual property.

You keep ownership of content and data that you provide or create, subject to the rights needed for AI Deploy and your selected providers to process it and deliver the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using AI Deploy, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

AI Deploy is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

We do not warrant that deployments will complete, agents will stay online, providers will accept your account, services will be uninterrupted, data will be preserved, or any errors will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belong, AI Deploy, and their operators will not be liable for deployment failures, outages, data loss, security incidents, provider suspensions, unexpected charges, lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to AI Deploy will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for AI Deploy in the three months before the claim or 100 USD.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue AI Deploy or these terms at any time. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.

You may stop using AI Deploy at any time. You remain responsible for deleting or managing resources created in your own provider accounts.
