This Privacy Policy explains how AI Deploy by Belong collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit aideploy.co, sign in, join the Command Center waitlist, buy a plan, or launch an agent on accounts you control.

AI Deploy is operated as part of Belong. Some sign-in, account, billing, and support features may rely on Belong systems.

You may give us your name, email address, account details, deployment choices, contact preferences, support messages, and payment-related information.

When you connect a cloud, AI, messaging, or private network account, you may provide sign-in approvals, access codes, account tokens, API keys, bot tokens, server choices, regions, and similar setup details.

We may collect basic technical information such as IP address, device type, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, referring pages, and error logs.

We use this information to keep the site reliable, understand how people use the product, prevent abuse, and improve the setup flow.

AI Deploy uses the credentials and tokens you provide to complete the setup you requested, such as creating a server, connecting a bot, or configuring a private dashboard.

We try to avoid storing cloud, AI, messaging, and private network secrets in the public wizard database. Some secrets may be processed in memory during an active deployment or placed on infrastructure that you control so your agent can run.

If a provider requires us to keep a refresh token or similar credential to operate a connected feature, we protect it with access controls and limit its use to that feature.

We use information to provide the site, verify accounts, launch and manage deployments, send setup and support messages, process payments, detect abuse, secure the service, improve product quality, and comply with law.

We may also use your contact email to send important notices about your deployment, subscription, security, support requests, or changes to AI Deploy.

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember language or setup choices, protect against abuse, measure product usage, and improve the site.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work correctly without them.

We share information with service providers that help us run the product, including hosting, analytics, authentication, payments, email, support, cloud providers, AI providers, messaging providers, and security tools.

Your deployed agent may send information to the cloud, AI, messaging, and private network providers you choose. Their own privacy policies and terms apply.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, security, or operational reasons.

Deployment logs, support records, billing records, and account records may have different retention periods. You can ask us to delete information where applicable law gives you that right.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and deployment secrets.

No internet service is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your provider accounts, reviewing the resources you deploy, rotating secrets when needed, and removing access you no longer want to grant.

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. When required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, and you can object to or restrict certain processing where applicable law gives you those rights.

You can disconnect provider access in the relevant cloud, AI, messaging, or private network account. You can also rotate or revoke keys directly with those providers.

AI Deploy is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
